Casual gaming site PopCap Games, for example, says last year 71 percent of its players were older than 40, and 47 percent were older than 50; moreover, 76 percent of PopCap players were women. I recently was on a casual gaming site and pondered the question "I wonder if these games can help those recovering from brain injury and stroke?" Instinctively I say the answer is yes, not scientific but I can't help but think of the kinds of exercises they had Angela doing when she was trying to recover.
